Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for my mum and mother in law on the Thursday before Mothers Day. On the Saturday I emailed the company to establish if they would deliver them that day. Subsequently both orders weren't delivered until Tuesday. I felt let down and embarrassed by this and despite further attempts to contact them and assurances of investigating my complaint, I have received no explanation at all. They seem very happy to praise themselves, yet do not respond to criticism. I visited my mum today and was not at all impressed by the bouquet that she eventually received. That compounded the problem and added to my disappointment.
