Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered some flowers & chocolates on the 26th February for the 28th February and they weren't delivered until lunchtime on the 1st March. These gifts were to let my Sister know that I was thinking of her on her Daughter's Birthday (28/2) as she had passed away. I cannot explain the hurt and upset the lack of delivery caused. I was expecting my Sister to ring regarding her surprise & she was expecting me to ring her neither of us not realising the situation. It states in there delivery conditions that the order may arrive the day before (which would have been better). They shouldn't have accepted my Order if they couldn't deliver. No point in anyone receiving gifts after their event especially one as sensitive as this.
