Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I received mothers days flowers two days after mothers day. Worse, the flowers I received were not the ones ordered for me but they were intended for a lady in another part of the country and had a personal message attached. Who knows who received the flowers and the message meant for me? The person who ordered them for me also ordered bouquets for other mums which did not arrive in time and had spent quite a lot of money. Disgraceful service from lovely flora world on such an important day for some people. The company should refund without hesitation to try and salvage their reputation. I have lodged a complaint via the contact email form on their website, but reading others' comments it seems unlikely that I will receive a reply. I urge everyone to report the company to trading standards, Watchdog etc.
