Late delivery/dead flowers
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered flowers to be delivered on 10th March, a day before Mother's Day as I thought Mother's Day would be really busy and I didn't want the order to go wrong as my mum lives hundreds of miles away. The flowers did not arrive Saturday, I thought maybe they would arrive Sunday which wouldn't be too bad as that was Mother's Day. They did not arrive Sunday. They also did arrive Monday. I emailed the company but only got an automated reply. The flowers arrived Tuesday but I was told by my mum they were completely dead. This is so disappointing and to also not get a reply from them just makes the whole thing worse. Thus company should be closed down.
