Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I was supposed to have received flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day last week.(11/3/18) She was surprised that I didn't thank her, but they didn't arrive until Tuesday 13th. What a pathetic site to behold! There were 11 wilting rose buds, no plant food and sellotaped into a piece of plain plastic. The £2.99 roses available from Lidl and Aldi are of far superior quality! To add further insult they came in a huge cardboard box which you would imagine contained an impressive bouquet, what a let down, not to mention the environmental impact of all the unnecessary packaging! Complaining is useless as they don't reply to your emails and there is no phone number on their site. I suggest people avoid this company like the plague and look at all the other negative reviews available online. I and others shall be reporting them to Trading Standards.
