Late delivery of morthers day flowers by 4 days. No response from customer service at all.
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers on Sunday 6th March for mothers day delivery on Monday 7th (which they said they could do). The flowers didn't arrive to my mum's office until Thursday 10th afternoon by which she had already left to go on a business trip until the following Monday. No response from customer service after sending them 2 emails this week, and no number to call. I have asked for a refund or for them to send another bunch of flowers considering they are completely wasted! Awful service, and should not be allowed to remain operating if this is how they treat customers, (i.e. taking their money and not producing what they say they can do on their website!!!)
