Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered from lovely flora world for Mother's Day, I usually buy my mother fresh flowers from a local florist but have recently moved far away for uni so I turned to lovely flora world to help me give my mother the flowers she deserves. The flowers arrived three days late, which I can forgive as I imagine Mother's Day is an extremely busy time for them. However, when the flowers arrived, they were dying as if they were old or had been very roughly handled. My mother deserved the absolute best and received a bouquet that wasn't worth a fiver, let alone £20 (which is a LOT of money for a student) I am so upset with this and have contacted them various times to no avail. Please help.
