Lovely Flora World, Not Lovely at all !! Late Arrival, Dead Flowers, Dry, Curled, Cheap Rubbish

Lovely Flora World
The flowers have arrived with Royal Mail and they are no were near fresh and just dying. They are dry and curled now . We ordered them on 13th for the 14th feb 2018 As it was Valentine’s Day and they arrived 2 days late , we would like a refund because the flowers did not reach on time, secondly they are all dry and dying and not fresh, as they sent the flowers with any sign of water, I think Lovely Flora needs to understand that flowers can not live with water !!! I would not recommend anyone buying flowers via this company "Lovely Flora World"
