Missing flowers, no customer service what so ever
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered flowers on thursday 3rd of march to be delivered on Saturday 5t March. Contacted customer service numberous times and only receiving automatic responses and not an actual person. These flowers have been boxes up since Friday and its now monday so the quality will have drastically declined and not looking forward to receiving them once they do eventually arrive!
