Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Yesterday I had ordered 12 red roses with gypsophila, 1 I love you box of chocolates and 1 strawberry creams dark rose box of chocolates. The order arrived today which I thought was promising until I opened the box. The roses were dying and did not arrive with the gypsophila. The strawberry creams dark rose chocolates did not arrive either. All that arrived was dying roses and a box of I love you chocolates. I have emailed them about this issue and I am currently waiting for a reply. I have had better success buying out of date flowers for £1.50 that have lasted me 6 days past their best before date from the supermarket! Extremely disappointed with the quantity of Flora World's flowers and the false advertisement provided on the website. Even more disappointed that they provided me with the awful service the day before Mother's Day!

Got told I had to send the flowers back to receive a full refund which cost an extra £5. They said they would not cover the cost of postage so it puts you out of pocket by an extra £5. Disgraceful company

After emailing the company, I managed to receive a full refund when sending the flowers back to them. Originally they had the cheek to say they don't offer free return postage but when refunding me, they added an additional refund of a £5 box of chocolates that I had ate. Whether they had meant to do that is questionable but I'm happy.
