Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered a flower delivery on 11th December. Confirmation received. Payment from lovely flora world debited from my account on 12/12/16 My friend in Leicester didn't receive any Flowers. I emailed 2 times. First time I received automated message to say enquiry will receive attention. No response received and i left my phone number on first order application. Second time my email address wouldn't be accepted. No response whatsoever.
