Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered a 50% larger floral bouquet with balloon on March 7th (in plenty of time I thought)to be delivered on Saturday 10th for my mother on her special day(Mother’s Day) Not only did it not arrive on the Saturday causing my mother stress due to the fact that I had forgotten but it didn’t arrive until Tuesday 13th and when she opened the parcel the flowers were dead and only fit for the compost bin......no water pad of any sort just dry dead flowers. Absolutely shocking. I have tried emailing the company with no response and managed to find a phone number which is no longer in use. I now wish that I hadn’t of been so hasty and read the reviews online before hand which I must say do not do the company any credit at all now looking at them. My mother was so dissappointed and I was very upset at the fact she thought I had forgotten. The company should be ashamed of themselves and be taken off of the internet. There is no way of getting a refund for said composted dead flowers due to their lack of communication. Not a very happy customer who will never use the said company again.
