[RESOLVED] - Mother's Day flowers were dead

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mother's day and they were shocking when delivered, they smelt terrible as if they had been in water for 7 days or more, they were fit only for the bin. I received an email promising a replacement but that was 7 days ago and they are now ignoring all my emails, I just don't know what I can do. I hope I do receive communications from them but I'm not holding my breath.

I eventually received an email from Lovely Flora World 17 April 2019 apologising for not responding, and they sent a replacement bouquet of flowers to my Mum. My Mum has today received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and is delighted, even if it is now Easter, I would definitely advise any other customers to keep contacting them.
