Complaint against Lovely Flora World

What a complete joke this outfit really are, not a funny one either! It seems my story is not unique though. Having ordered flowers for my Mum to arrive the day before Mothers Day 2018 (as no deliveries are made on the day), they didn't show up til Monday looking like they'd travelled the world first ie. dead! No water, not wrapped, just slung in a box. 1 sole lily survived once it was put in water but as for the rest, I may as well have visited the local wood & picked a nicer wild bunch myself with much less expense & stress!! Following days of numerous complaints by myself & my Mum via email as typically, there was nobody to actually speak to, my faith was semi-restored when on Thursday (almost a week after my initial order was made), I received a personal response (& not just a very annoying automated 'customer services are dealing with your enquiry' email) apologising & basically offering to resend a bouquet to arrive on our day of choice this week. We chose today & what a surprise, my Mum has waited in all day for NOTHING to appear - fuming is an understatement! Seriously ... how do they keep getting away with it? I've demanded a refund now - doubt i'll get one but I'm not going to stop. It might only be a £20 bunch of flowers but look at all the misery that's been caused to soooo many people at the sheer lack of care & attention this company claim they give. It's disgusting they're allowed to call themselves a so-called business & I'm going to do my best to spread the word as widely as possible they should NEVER EVER be trading.
