Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered my mum a bouquet of flowers from lovely flora world the Thursday before mother's day, to be delivered on the Saturday before, they finally arrived the Tuesday after. Had been literally thrown over her fence and were dead! Wilted, dry and lacking in colour. Bunch was much smaller than advertise, tied with celotape and the message card was a printed sticky liable. Much more couldn't have gone wrong!! The company do not have a contact number and I have emailed there 'customer services' 4 times since Saturday and have still not received even a courtesy response, tomorrow is Friday! I'm so mad I just wanted my mum to have something nice as for mother's day as I live very far away from her and couldn't go see her. Very frustrating!
