Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered a bunch of flowers on the 27th April 2018 for my sisters birthday on the 1st May. I paid £18.99 for this. I even received an email from them yesterday saying my flower is ready for delivery. Today it is my sisters 30th birthday and I wanted to surprise her and make it special but they did not deliver the flowers!!! I emailed around 4pm and they replied saying their delivery time is between 8am to 7pm. My sister did not receive anything. I am utterly disappointed by this company. I checked my account they took my money but they haven't delivered. I have read tones of negative reviews about this company. I wish I read them all before placing an order with them. I URGE people please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will only take your money but will not deliver.
