Complaint against Lovely Flora World
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed my order 8th March for 2 bouquets of flowers to be delivered on the specified date being 10th March - In time for Mothers Day. Received confirmation from Lovely Flora World for my order and they confirmed deliver would be made on the 10th. Waited in all day between the hours of 7.00 and 21.00 as stated on website! No deliver, No Contact, No reply apart from the automated reply. Sent 7 or 8 emails now and still nothing.... And now its the 13th! No flowers, nothing!!!! Obviously too late for Mothers Day now anyway. Requested a refund - Still no contact or explanation from them.
