I ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday 6th March. None showed up so I tried emailing them, it said I didn't have an account with that email address, even though I've had 3 emails from them! So no way of contacting them, they took the money out of my account on the 5th, I'm so disappointed as my mum didn't think she would make her 80th birthday, now this insult from a damn flower company that's quite happy to take people's money but not send the goods. God knows how many people they've ripped off for mothers day.....Not happy.
