No flowers delivered. Refund requested
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers on line on the 8th March at 1143. For delivery on 10th March in time for mothers day. No flowers have been delivered and we are now the 13th March. Very annoyed and dissapointed as I have emailed them, no response from them and no refund. Upset on behalf of my mother who I sent flower's as I was working (a nurse). I have emailed 3 seperate emails to which I receive an automated response stating a member of the customer services will contact within 24 to 48 hours.
