Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I can't belive what I have red about this company, I ordered flowers 1st March, I was having problems with the websight, I finally put My order through, I also put in an order on the 5th March and my mum got them ,however my other my as I call her never recieved her flowers, I called my bank and to my horror the company had lifted 2 lots of 17.99 I'm devastated, as firstly my dear friend who is like a mum to me never recieved her flowers plus I've lost money that I can't afford to lose as o don't work and disabled, no phone number and no replied to my emails, I suffer depression sever anxiety and been in tears what can I do.? Please help.
