[RESPONDED] Non- delivery of goods and now rejecting emails

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers and chocolates for Mothers Day. Not delivered. Loads of excuses. I wouldn't let the matter drop and wanted a refund so they just rejected my emails whether I replied to 'Joanna' or sent a form to their customer services.
