Non delivery and no response to emails
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered flowers on Fri 4/3/16 at 5:03pm . Received order confirmation and delivery date of 5/3/16. Tues 8/3/16 sent them an email as no flowers delivered and was sent standard reply that they would respond in 48hrs. Thurs 10/3/16 sent 2nd email as no flowers and no response to emails. Fri 11/3/16 No flowers and no response to emails.
