[LAPSED] Non delivery of flowers ordered 23Dec

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers on 23December 2017 to be delivered on Wednesday 27 December and to date have not arrived this being 29December. Despite emailing company I have received a generic email with no specific explanation. I require a full refund or will report this company for fraudulent trading.
