Non Delivery of Mother's Day Bouquet

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

A Mother's Day Bouquet was not delivered. The company specified they didn't deliver on the Sunday 11th March but they offered Saturday 10th March which I accepted. I have emailed [via their own 'in touch/Customer Service facility' 3 times. They did acknowledge saying my complaint was in hand. No apology! Flowers were ordered Friday 9th March at 09.49 hrs plenty of time for next day delivery as it is stated. Order No:332060 Delivery quoted for the next day March 10th [any time up until 9 pm]. It's almost mid-day Monday 12th March and my Mother has still not been delivered the bouquet. It is obviously too late now as the specified date has gone. Mother's Day flowers are not acceptable later than Mother's Day. I have requested a full refund but I have not had any other acknowledgement. You can't find an address for these people, a phone number and theres isn't even a 'CHAT' facility. I hope that you can help? Kind regards Jane A Clarkson
