[RESPONDED] Non delivery of two orders of flowers ordered on 24/032017

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my mum and mom in law,both ordered seperatly,yet both to be delivered in the same town,on the same day.niether one received thier flowers which cost me £60.00 I am disgusted,I have emailed the company requesting they phone me to discuss the problem,but all I have ecieved is a automated response by email to say they are looking into it.any other company would have contacted me to apologise and refund my money,or at least ensure they are sent. Any help would be appriecated.
