Complaint against Lovely Flora World

My mum's Mother's Day flowers Arrrived 6 days after I ordered them, it took so long my mum told me just to cancel them but I didn't as they were for Mother's Day! I complained to customer services and the had the cheek to blame Royal Mail, saying they are the carrier, thereby abdicating any responsibility for their own service, which on their website clearly states 1-2 days delivery. Disgraceful customer service, I will never use this company again
