Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Flowers were in condolence after a funeral, with a very personal message. Waited the 2 days the website advises then got in touch. Received what was obviously an automated e-mail apologizing for the late delivery of Mothers day flowers! It was the recipients mother who had died, so this message was very inappropriate. They promised a replacement would be dispatched and I should wait 1 or 2 days. Nothing arrived! I sent another e-mail saying that I would like a personal reply. I got a slightly different reply stating that a member of staff would be investigating. On 15th Mar I got an e-mail asking me to review my order! I did so, again citing non-delivery, again another automated reply. I have been in touch with my bank about a charge back (refund) but have to give the company 30 days to honour their contract to deliver. I will never again use a web company that does not state an address and telephone number. It just seems to me that this company is a huge scam.
