Ordered Flowers for Mothers day, money taken but not delivered. Emailed but automated response only
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers Thursday 4th March to be delivered Saturday 6th March for mothers day. Website states 98% of orders delivered next day if ordered before 5 so was hopefull of delivery on 5th. On saturday at 4pm i asked my mother if her flowers had been received. The flowers had not been delivered. I tried to find a phone number but couldn't so I sent an email at 4.05pm asking for this to be looked in to. I received an automated response stating they'll look in to it within 48 hours but their website states they dont deliver on sundays. I sent a further email saying i wanted it looked at urgently as 48 hours is no good die to mothers day being over. I heard nothing back. I have sent a further email this morning( 7th March) stating i wanted a reply and confirmation i would receive the funds back in to my account today. I received the same automated response saying they'll look in to it within 48 hours. It seems there a lot of other people who have had the same problem with this company. The company have taken the funds from my account on Friday 5th but i cant open a case against them with my bank for 15 days. Not only did my mother think id forgotten mothers day but i have had money taken from me for goods i have not received.
