ordered flowers to be delivered to a nurse who help me through my babies meningitis. Not arrived
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered flowers at 6.30 Monday morning 14th March, to be delivered to a nurse who was working on Tuesday 15th. Delivery date was given. Was not until after order was placed that it stated 1 to 2 days delivery. Emailed immediately to state the reason that they must be delivered on the Tuesday, as no number to call direct or any other way of contacting them. Automated email returned to say they would deal with my email within 48 hrs. We are 48 hrs now and no response. No flowers either. This gesture was one that was of upmost importance, amd I have been let down. I would have been better placed to take my poorly little boy and deliver them myself. Thanks a lot guys!!
