Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day which never arrived. I did try to cancel the order within minutes of placing it as I read some negative reviews but was told that I could not cancel the order but was assured that my order would be delivered in time and I would be "pleased". The flowers never arrived on Saturday 25th March despite me being advised that they had been despatched for Next Day on Friday 24th March and they still have not arrived today (27th March). I have emailed the company today and yesterday but no response yet and requested a full refund. I am sure some of the reviews on their web site cannot be correct as all reviews I find elsewhere are dreadful. I cannot find an address so I can write and complain nor a phone number and even tried to get an Experian report for the company but nothing - are they even a genuine company? I would like a full refund as both I and my mother were very disappointed. It is so unfair that companies can take money from your bank / credit card and then fail to provide the service / goods, surely this is against our consumer rights?!
