Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day.I did this as she has Dementia and the only thing she looks forward to now is some flowers to brighten up her room as she use to love gardening. I ordered the bouquet 3 weeks prior to Mothers day. I rang the home to see if my mum had received the flowers and she had got nothing. I have contacted 3 times and I have not heard a thing back! All as I wanted was for my mum to enjoy these flowers on her special day. This company is shocking it's also disgusting how they are taking peoples money and not delivering the goods!
