[LAPSED] Ordered roses/chocolates on the 5th of December.

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered a surprise of flowers and chocolates for a friend who was recovering from an illness. Haven't heard a thank you back from her as yet. I know if she had received them she would have called me straight back as she's a very appreciative person. I haven't put a complaint in to the company as I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in the hope that they would turn up.
