Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers well in advance for my sister's 60th birthday, 5th March. Paid extra for 50% extra flowers. Flowers arrived on due date very dry. Asked my sister to send a picture of the flowers. All she got was not even a handful of carnations and one small piece of greenery. There were supposed to be greenery and gypsophila plus extra flowers. Couldn't find a phone number for this company so sent them a message through their contacts page. Got an auto reply saying someone will contact me within 48 hrs. which didn't happen. I then sent them an email. Got a reply saying 'sorry about the flowers not arriving on Mothers day, due to them being busy'. Obviously a standard reply. I again emailed them and told them to look at my previous email's etc. quoting my ref.No. I then got sent another email saying 'sorry the Mothers day flowers didn't arrive, they will send another bunch'? I have sent another email, again someone was supposed to get back to me within 48 hrs and that was a week ago. I am so disappointed/angry that my sister didn't get the flowers I had ordered for such a special birthday. You cannot get a sensible timely response from these people. Had I read the reviews for this company before hand, no way in the world would I have ordered through them. Each time you send an email, you get an automated response saying someone will get back within 48 hrs. This doesn't happen, so then you send another email.... It just goes round in circles. Terrible terrible service.
