Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered some mothers day flowers to be delivered on Friday 9th March and placed this order on Monday 5th March so the company had plenty of time and notice. However the flowers were delivered a day late and were left on their side when the box cleared stated "this way up". This meant all the water ran out and ruined the card message! Not only this, but my mum's poor flowers died within 2 days of receiving them!! I didn't pay that much money for a late, poor delivery and bad quality flowers. I have sent the company an email directly however they are yet to get back to me...
