[RESOLVED] - Poor quality bouquet delivered late

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

When my daughter had a baby recently I thought it would be lovely to surprise her with an 'It's a girl Strawberry bouquet' Not only did it take a week to arrive but worse than that it consisted of mainly wilting blooms and broken stalks, even the balloon stick was bent up. It had been rattling around unsecured in a big box so that appeared to be the main cause of the problem. Most of it went straight into the bin, both my daughter and myself were very disappointed. I emailed the company several times, I got an automated response the first time, but nothing since. I have asked for an explanation and my money back, but this has been ignored. I am disgusted with Company.
