Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for mothers day with the company. They have taken the money out of my account , however, claim to not have received my order. I have sent numerous emails and finally got a response from the customer service team, who apologised and asked me to resend the detail of the order which I did, but got no response. The flowers still haven't been delivered and I haven't received my refund as of yet. I've sent another email today, 13/3/18 requesting my refund. The service is shocking and the communication is disgusting. I wouldn't use this business again and would recommend my friend to stay away too!
