Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I notified LovelyFloraWorld on Thursday 26th of April 2018 that I required a bouquet of flowers to be sent for Tuesday 1st of May. Choosing this day was ideal as my wife was in all day and also LovelyFloraWorld stated on their website that flowers would be despatched on the previous day to arrive by first class Royal Mail the next day. Exceptions were of course Bank holidays etc. My wife waited in all day Tuesday and I contacted customers services to state my concern that the flowers had not arrived.I was then told that they could be delivered up to 7.00pm on the day. My wife waited till 9.00pm wasting a full day. The next day Wednesday the 2nd May was my wife’s birthday and 1.00pm we went out. 2.00 pm a card was left by Royal Mail to say a failed delivery had been made and to collect the parcel or make arrangements for another day. We arrived back home at 17.15 pm and on seeing the card I decided to go and collect the flowers which involved going right across town in the middle of the rush hour. On collecting the flowers there was no plant food with them and the quality of the flowers was not in perfect condition. Overall I was completely disappointed with LovelyFloraWorld and service I received. It certainly spoilt my wife’s birthday surprise.
