Complaint against Lovely Flora World
My son ordered a bouquet for me for Mothers Day. They arrived 3 days after Mothers Day. The balloon and chocolates he had paid extra for were missing. The 'bouquet' was tiny, a few flowers in a bit of cellophane (no bow). Nothing like the picture of the bouquet he had ordered. And, to add insult to injury, he had paid an extra charge to have 30% more flowers. It looked like a tiny bunch of supermarket flowers. His greeting had been printed on a white sticky label and stuck on an envelope (not on a little card as claimed in their web site). I contacted the company several times by email saying they should refund my sons money. Each time I am getting a standard reply email back saying that it may take longer to receive and states this in the terms and conditions. But they have made NO attempt to address any of the complaints I have raised (missing items, tiny amount of flowers etc). I feel so angry for my son who has wasted so much money on these con artists that hide behind a web site, happy to take peoples money for almost nothing. In my eyes this is theft and the company shouldn't be allowed to keep getting away with this!
