Regarding no delivery of mothers day flowers..
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Hi I placed am order with the above on the 3rd of march 2016 for a mothers day delivery. The flowers have still not been delivered and today is the 10th of march. I have emailed the company many times and all they seem to do is send me a repeat email sayin it can take 1/2 days for delivery. But it's been a whole week. I requested a refund but it seems like 1. They are absolutely not bothered that they haven't delivered the flowers. 2.have no intention of really talking to me. 3.No intention of giving me a refund. I have been left with 2 very upset kids as the flowers they had chosen was for their nan. On top my mum has stayed In doors all this time thinking she will get her delivery. So not have lovely flora taken a payment for something they never intended to deliver but have also wasted the time of my mum who has stayed in all week waitin.... Could you please help me in getting back a refund...
