Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day they arrived 5 days late, I sent 2 e mails to the company and got no reply, when eventually they turned up I was disgusted at them, they were wilting and the bunch was so small, I had paid extra money for 50% extra flowers and its a good job I did or it would have only been a few flowers, nothing like the photo on their website, I felt annoyed that they were not there for mothers day and that the state of them and how small they were I could have got a lot better for a lot cheaper at the local supermarket, I have sent them from here before but this is the first time I have seen what I have paid for and I am embarrassed at what people received as gifts from me, never again!!!
