If it was possible to give no stars I would. This company is a shambles. I ordered flowers and noticed they were being sent to my home address so within an hour or so of ordering I sent an email with the updated address. According to the website this can be done. I was told it was being dealt with twice. Then I received an email about them being ready for delivery. So i Emailed again to double check they updated to address only to be sent a rude email stating that they received the emails and were busy and that there's no need for me to resend emails and that they were on it! Only for them to send them to me anyway and the problem NOT sorted. Ive had to pay 8.50 to delivery them myself Beware! you don't get a nice bunch of flowers at your door you get them stuffed in a sealed box! So i dont even know til my mum opens them if theyre even nice! Will Never buy from this company again and certainly wouldn't pay full price for flowers. Sent a complaint who knows if I'll get a refund or a polite response but I think I should for the trouble!!
