Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered a colour burst bouquet from the website, I paid the extra money to have 50% extra so total bill was £19.99. The flowers that my Nan received for mother's day were nothing like what I had ordered. Have tried contacting lovely flora world through the website & after a week still no reply.

Mothers day was 3 weeks ago. I had to go and buy more flowers the day yours had arrived. And now after reading reviews for your company it's clear it is a shambles. If possible I would like a full refund.
