Took my money but didn't deliver the flowers
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered on sat 5th March for mothers day. Neither of the bunches turned up. Which meant I had to order more flowers from somewhere else. I have emailed the company and sent a message through their website 5 days ago asking for a refund but I haven't heard anything back. There isn't a phone number to contact them.
