Complaint against Lovely Flora World
First of all they contacted me and informed me my floral arrangement was ready for delivery .I had to get in touch to confirm they were going to deliver on the wrong date. Then over a week before the flowers were due to be delivered , I got in touch to change address details . I have sent the company about 10 emails and they haven't answered my request to alter address details . I would like to know how to go about reporting this company to Trading Standards as there consumer care is deplorable.
