Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum for mothers day on the 4th of March. They said they would not deliver on the Sunday which was mothers day, but would deliver them a day before on the 5th. This was fine as I knew my mum would be in and earlier was better than later. The flowers never came, so I emailed to ask for an update ( as they have no telephone number ) I never got a reply, so sent another email a few days later. I then received a perfetic apology in an email 6 days later and was also given a link to their T&Cs. I emailed back asking for a refund and have had no reply since. The flowers arrived today, the 19th of March, 2 weeks late and we're dead and rotten in a big oversized box. Unbelievable that they think this is fine and how upsetting for my mum to open a box, with a 'happy mothers day' balloon and a pile of dead flowers. It was like a scene from a horror movie. Sad to see there are so many other reviews like mine from this company. Disgusting that they can get away with this.

I continued to contact them by email requesting a refund. They replied by asking for a photo of the flowers in order to get full refund. As I did not have a photo, I was offered half the price I paid or a replacement bouquet. I requested half the price back, but after weeks with no reply I realised that was not going to happen. I then emailed and request the bouquet instead and gave the details. The flowers arrived today, the date given and they are a beautiful, alive bouquet!
