Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for mothers day the 11th March. I placed the order on the 8th March. The flowers didn't arrive until the 13th March, the hadn't been kept in any water and were dying. Upon emailing customer service I got offered replacement flowers, but has the occasion had passed was not acceptable .I requested a refund , to which I've had no reply. I have sent 3 further emails and again have not received a reply.
