Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered some Valentine’s Day flowers on behalf of my dad for my mum - 24 red roses. I selected the 13/02 as delivery so my dad had time to collect them from me in the evening ready for Valentine’s Day morning. They arrived on the 14/02, fine I accepted that even thought the website allowed you to pick a delivery date but when they arrived, I opened the box to find 12 almost dead yellow roses!!! I emailed the company straight away but have had no response and the number I found doesn’t connect. Not sure what else to do to try and get a response!
