Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Iv ordered my flower bouquet *Lollipop Star* on the 6/03/18 they mentioned that it’s usually comes on the next day but I requested them to come for 8/03/18 finally on the day I was waiting all day and nothing came, Iv emailed them then they replied asking if the address is okay when I said yes the reply was that the delivery could take one more day. I was already very angry because it was a present for my mother for mother’s day, and they don’t deliver on the weekends so Iv waited again and they haven’t delivered anything again, so Iv emailed them asked for my refund because I haven’t received any flowers - no one answered, Iv been emailing them every day 10 emails per day still they ignoring me, then finally on the 14th of March arrived a post man with a box and there was only one flower inside. I thought well that is just a joke, Iv paid 16 pounds just to get 1 flower? And I emailed them and still no answer. I do not understand how this people make business? How the clients are even satisfied with them? They need a phone number so I can phone them and complain! They are horrible! I will make sure never to order with them again but I want my money back if they want I can send them this flower back with the box but I want my refund.
