[RESPONDED] very poor quality product & didn't deliver what i paid for

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I paid for some flowers to be delivered with a card, the card wasn't delivered & the flowers were virtually dead within 12 hours, so i was more than disappointed! emailed the customer service team 3 times and didn't get a single reply which is just infuriating and rude! i wish i had paid via credit card so i could have got the money back

I received an email offering me another delivery of flowers, but as the moment had well & truly gone, I asked for a refund, still yet to hear a response...........
