Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered three bouquets of flowers, 2 to be delivered on same day and one for another day (today). Neither bouquets arrived on the day requested but were delivered at the end of the following day. When i queried this i got a standard email back including T&C's which suggested they never guarantee selected day service as they cannot guarantee royal mail the carrier. One of these orders was for a bereavement and the other for someone just out of hospital so it was important they arrived as stated, The website should be much clearer in this area and should ask you to consider your chosen date in view of this issue. They also confirm that 90% are delivered on time. Well, 100% of mine have not been! The second issue is the quality, i order a larger bouquet from the picture on the website. I saw the flowers that were delivered and they were no better than a £5 bunch I could have picked up from the local garage. Very disappointing and really quite embarrassing given these were for a bereavement. I will never use this website again and will also spread the word to others. Shocking.
